I sent some money through PC Financial's "email money to a friend with a PC account" system recently, and they let you choose the question and the answer. Of course, my friend and I took the opportunity to make the questions as silly as possible, basing them on ridiculous in-jokes known only to us. This worked mostly because I knew she would be answering the security question a) once, and b) soon.

My credit union also lets you write the question, so my security questions tend to be things like "Which of the cats is not the dumbest cat EVER?"
